The ReadyforWork AI Careers Coaching session, organized by SFAN with support from AICC, is a targeted 3-hour interactive session on February 25, 2026. It aims to equip aspiring AI professionals, creative entrepreneurs, recent graduates, and early-career tech enthusiasts in Ghana with practical insights into AI careers, skill requirements, day-to-day cases, and pathways into roles at leading organizations, such as Google.

An ideal ReadyforWork Coach has the following traits

Subject-matter expertise
You have unquestionable knowledge and practical experience in your expertise. You don't have to have a fancy degree or qualification, but you must know your art through and through.

Accessible when needed
The best coaches are the ones who are willing and able to help the student, but they are also available when the student needs them, so you need to put time aside if you want to join this mission.

Open-minded leadership
The first step to being a great teacher is to be an excellent student who can accommodate feedback and new experiences, not unyielding and uncompromising when the necessity for such qualities arise.
